Who we are · and what we can prove

This page is worth reading carefully.

Most company pages are written to make you feel something. This one is written so you can check us. It contains the official record of our certification, reproduced exactly as it appears in FESCO's published register, and then it tells you what that record does not prove. Two of those things are inconvenient for us.

01 — The official record

Our entry, as published.

FESCO, your electricity distribution company, publishes the official register of AEDB certified installers. Our entry appears in it. This is a verbatim reproduction of what that document says, copied from the PDF and not reformatted to flatter us.

FESCO — List of AEDB Certified Solar PV Installers, Category C-3

Document published 8 April 2026. Reproduced verbatim.

Source: FESCO, List of AEDB Certified Solar PV Installers, Category C-3, published 8 April 2026, downloaded from fesco.com.pk/net_metering. We searched the C-1 and C-2 lists as well; our name does not appear on either.

What this record proves.

We are a real registered private limited company. We were issued a formal NEPRA/AEDB certification in 2024. Our registered address is exactly the premises we trade from. Our listed email address works. And we have a third phone number that we do not put on this site, because two are enough.

What it does not prove.

That our certificate is currently valid, or that we are certified for work larger than 250 kW. Both of those are addressed directly below, and neither of them is in our favour.

02 — What the record does not say

Two disclosures.

Any company could have printed the entry above and stopped there. These are the two reasons it does not mean quite what a badge usually means.

Disclosure one

The certificate's stated validity date has passed

Our entry shows 08-06-2025. That date has passed. The list itself was published on 8 April 2026, ten months later, with that date still showing — which tells you the list is not filtered by validity.

So we cannot tell you from this document alone whether our certificate has since been renewed. It may have been. We will not treat it as lapsed, and we will not describe ourselves as currently certified, because neither claim is supported.

The honest position: ask us, then check the answer against FESCO's register.

Disclosure two

Our largest published project is four times the range on our C-3 certificate

Category C-3 covers facilities up to 250 kW. Our 1 MW project — a ground-mounted plant at Awami Paper Mill, published on our own channel — is four times that.

We do not appear on FESCO's C-1 list for 500 kW and above, and we do not know from public sources why not. The work may have been done with a C-1 partner firm, the certificate may since have been upgraded, or the figure in the video may be wrong.

The honest position: ask us, and we will tell you what we actually know rather than the version that sounds best.

Why we publish this at all. Claiming "AEDB certified" in 2026, with an expired date on a list that does not filter by validity, would be the easiest and most tempting lie available to us on this website. It would convert. It would also be false, and it would make every other number on this site worthless. The disclosure is the product.

03 — Who we are

What we do, and what we will not claim.

What we do

  • Design, supply and install solar systems in Faisalabad, from small homes to industrial ground mounts.
  • Size systems to your daytime load and your sanctioned connection under the 2026 rules.
  • Install and service solar tubewells, through our sister business, Shahzad Pumps & Electric Works.
  • Prepare and file net billing applications through PITC's portal.
  • Hand over registered manufacturer warranties on every component, in your name.

What we will not claim

  • A guaranteed zero bill. Fixed charges remain whatever we do.
  • A guaranteed approval or connection date. Your distribution company decides, not us.
  • A specific savings or payback percentage. It depends on your load, your tariff and the weather.
  • "Tier-1" panels. There is no such standard certification here.
  • A team, a history or a project count we cannot show you.

The company

Shahzad Solar (Private) Limited. Solar design, supply and installation. Registered at 160-A, Sheikh Colony, Afghanabad Road / Jhang Road, near Rescue 1122, Faisalabad 37450.

We trade from the same premises as Shahzad Pumps & Electric Works, an electrical and pump business trading since 2015 under the same name and sharing management. That relationship is why most of our agricultural work exists, and it is also why we ask you to check which company is named on your invoice.

They are separate legal entities. If you contract with the pump business, check which warranty you are relying on. We would rather say that here than have you discover it later.

What we can show you

  • Residential rooftop solar, 3–25 kW
  • Commercial and industrial solar, up to 250 kW
  • Solar tubewells and agricultural pumping
  • Battery and storage
  • Net billing application preparation and filing

Each of these has been independently audited by nobody. They are a description of our work, not a claim about it.

04 — How to check us

Four lines is all it takes.

None of this requires trusting us. Each of it is a document you can open yourself.

Where to verify every claim on this website
What we sayWhere to check it yourself
We are an AEDB certified installer FESCO, fesco.com.pk/net_metering → Category C-3 list, entry 16. The published PDF is the primary source; we reproduced it verbatim above.
We installed these projects Our own YouTube channel, linked from each project on the project record. Read it yourself; if a claim looks thin, that is what the link is for.
The net billing rules work as we describe NEPRA's Prosumer Regulations 2026, S.R.O. 251(I)/2026, in the Gazette of Pakistan. Regulation 3(2) is four lines and it is the one that matters most for your purchase.
Those tariffs are what we say they are FESCO's published tariff schedule, effective 12 February 2026. Or simply read the rate off your own bill.

If any number on this website turns out to be wrong, we would rather hear about it than not. Tell us and we will correct the page and say that we did.

05 — What customers say

One review, published unchanged.

We were very satisfied with Shahzad Solar. They installed a 150 kW system for our hospital and the work was completed professionally. The team was polite and the quality of the installation was good. I would recommend them to anyone looking for solar installation.

Asim Buchanan Published on our own YouTube channel, approximately 2024. Reproduced unchanged and unedited, including the parts that are flattering to us.

We publish one review, not a wall of them. A gallery of testimonials is not evidence of anything, and a page of five-star screenshots can be manufactured. An address you can visit is better evidence, so ask us for one — and then call the owner on the number printed on the inverter rather than the number on our website.

Now that you have read all of that, come and see us.
